Aura provides 3D imagery and analysis tools that can support assessment of features such as texture, pigmentation appearance and volume changes. Repeat scans can help document change, but expression, positioning and temporary swelling can affect comparisons.
The scan itself is an imaging appointment rather than a skin treatment. Any aftercare depends on a separate procedure you may choose following consultation.
The images inform the consultation; they do not replace clinical judgement or tell us which treatment you must have. A scan cannot diagnose skin cancer or rule out disease. New or changing lesions need appropriate medical examination, regardless of an imaging result.
The information above is general and does not replace an individual medical consultation. Recommendations, risks, expected outcomes and aftercare are confirmed personally before treatment.
If you are unsure whether this treatment is right for you, book a consultation and we will help you understand the available options.
