I was pretty new to aesthetic treatments and, if I'm honest, Sofwave felt quite daunting to me as a first step. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Emma to guide me through it. Her manner is so warm and reassuring. She talked me through the science behind what she was doing and checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt genuinely well looked after from start to finish. The results build gradually over time, and I'm thrilled with how things are progressing. Can't recommend Emma highly enough!!

I've been seeing Emma for years now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. She takes a genuinely bespoke approach; every appointment starts with a proper consultation rather than jumping straight into treatments, which makes such a difference. She's incredibly knowledgeable, always explains what she's recommending and why, and never pushes anything unnecessary.
