Terms of
use.
Terms governing your use of the Wedgwood Medical website.
Last updated: 10 August 2026These terms apply when you browse or use this website. Separate consultation, consent, booking, payment and cancellation terms may apply to clinical services.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. “Wedgwood Medical”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the clinic and website operator.
2. Information is not medical advice
Website content is general information only. It does not replace an individual consultation, diagnosis, examination or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Treatment suitability, risks, benefits, alternatives and likely outcomes vary between people and will be discussed during the clinical process.
This website is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency call 999. For urgent medical advice use NHS 111 or an appropriate healthcare service.
3. Enquiries, appointments and cancellations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship or guarantee an appointment or treatment. Appointments are subject to availability, identity and age checks where appropriate, clinical assessment and informed consent.
Any booking deposit, cancellation period, late-arrival arrangement or rescheduling charge will be communicated during booking. The specific terms supplied with your appointment take priority if they differ from these general website terms.
4. Treatments, suitability and results
No treatment is suitable for everyone. We may decline, postpone or modify treatment where clinically appropriate. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Photographs, testimonials and descriptions illustrate individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome for another person.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your health, medication, allergies, pregnancy status and relevant previous treatment, and for following agreed pre- and post-treatment guidance.
5. Prices, availability and payment
Website prices and treatment information are indicative and may be updated. A final price and plan will be confirmed where appropriate following assessment. Treatment availability may differ by clinician and location. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
Payment arrangements, packages, courses, deposits and refunds are subject to the specific terms supplied at booking or purchase.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, design, graphics and original imagery belong to Wedgwood Medical or are used under licence. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or from events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy, changes and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted here.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
